💰 Salary: ₹2.5 - ₹4 LPA (Based on experience)

🔑 Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide detailed information on insurance products and services
Assist customers in making informed insurance decisions
Maintain accurate customer records and transactions
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
🎓 Requirements:

Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
Basic computer and CRM skills
High School Diploma, Bachelor's preferred
🗓 Working Conditions: 6-day working week
