Why do people die from stroke?

Late presentation to a hospital
Complications from home based remedies.

Systemic failure ( we barely have CT scans to make quick diagnosis) if you're a stakeholder in government; help with this.

What should I do if I suspect a Stroke?

Get to a Hospital ASAP, Or call an ambulance if you have the facility.

every second wasted brain dies & chances of salvaging surrounding areas reduces.

This is not the time for prayers, time for action.

Brain is Time, Time is Brain!!!

If I've had a Stroke, Is that the End?

No.
Goal is for you not to have another Stroke.

Work with your Doctor and other members of the Multidisciplinary team who would help you get functionality.

There's so much to do after Stroke.
It is not the end of the line

I'm very happy we are talking about Snoring.
Snoring is really a big deal.

Especially if anyone or your spouse has ever told you that occasionally when you sleep , it looks like you run out of breath, stop breathing and then the cycle continues again. Something called OSA " Obstructive sleep Apnea"

I usually advice , if you are Snoring, take it seriously and see a Doctor because so much needs to be done.

We know that OSA increases the chances of one having High blood pressure, Heart attack, Sudden death and dying in sleep, stroke and more.

We have sleep physicians who are trained to handle it.
Snoring should be taken seriously.

If you look at someone's Arm & find this snake like wriggling thing.
It isn't demonic or spiritual

It means this person might have a very high blood pressure that's not controlled, thickened vessels or heart problems etc

Hospital ASAP!
It is LOCOMOTOR BRACHIALIS

Check yours
