Make your own natural cough syrup! ❤️
Almost all cough syrups sold in supermarkets contain artificial or refined sugars, preservatives, and food coloring. With so many illnesses going around right now—and since it’s winter—this anti-inflammatory and antioxidant recipe made with real ingredients is ideal for soothing a cough!
You’ll need:
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice ⠀
- 120 ml water ⠀
⠀ Directions:
⠀
1. Grate the ginger. ⠀
2. Place all ingredients in a 350-ml jar, seal it, and shake well. ⠀
3. Store the jar, tightly sealed, in the refrigerator for up to one week. ⠀
4. Take 1 teaspoon at a time and repeat every few hours!

This is my original basic fire cider recipe.
You can add more herbs or ..well, more.
Onions, horseradish, lemon, jalapeños, ginger, turmeric, peppercorn is the important basics. I’ve added more honey after the fermented time to help it go down better for some.

🌿 Your body already has a cleaning system. These are the herbs traditionally used to support it.
The liver, kidneys, lymph, skin and gut filter and clear waste every single day. Herbalists reached for these plants to back up that work, long before the word detox was on a label.
✅ Milk thistle and dandelion root, long used for the liver and bile flow
✅ Nettle leaf, parsley and burdock root, the classic spring tonics
✅ Turmeric and ginger for circulation and everyday inflammation
✅ Holy basil, triphala, cilantro and chlorella in traditional cleansing blends
The idea was never to force the body. It was to support what it already does.

NEW STUDY: Topical vitamin C in DMSO completely ELIMINATED 56% of biopsy-confirmed skin cancers in just 12 weeks.
44% of the squamous cell carcinoma lesions SHRANK by over 85%.
94% of patients were able to AVOID surgery.
The average cancer lesion size dropped 71%.
The treatment was 30% ascorbic acid in a 95% DMSO/5% distilled-water solution, applied twice daily for 12 weeks.
DMSO was used as a skin-penetration enhancer, helping the vitamin C pass through the outer skin barrier and reach the lesion more effectively.

IVERMECTIN & FENBENDAZOLE: HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER
Ivermectin and Fenbendazole are both anti-parasitic drugs (anthelmintics), but they act through different mechanisms and target different areas of the body. When used strategically—whether in rotation or combination—they may offer broad-spectrum support against parasites and other chronic conditions.
Ivermectin
Mechanism: Binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels in parasite nerve and muscle cells, causing paralysis and death.
Targets: Blood parasites, filarial worms, lice, mites, and some gastrointestinal worms.
Strengths: Deep tissue penetration—including the brain, lungs, and skin.
Best for: Systemic infections affecting the nervous system, lungs, blood, and skin.
Fenbendazole
Mechanism: Disrupts microtubule formation by binding to beta-tubulin, preventing parasite cells from absorbing nutrients and reproducing.
Targets: Primarily gastrointestinal parasites (roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, some tapeworms).
Strengths: Works locally in the digestive tract and affects parasite metabolism.
Best for: Intestinal parasitic infections.
Why Use Them Together?
BenefitExplanationBroader coverageTargets more parasite types across more tissues.Reduced resistanceDifferent mechanisms lower the chance of parasites adapting.Tissue synergyIvermectin reaches deep tissues; Fenbendazole works in digestive and detox organs.Biofilm disruptionFenbendazole may weaken defenses, allowing Ivermectin to act more effectively.
Protocol Tips (Always Under Medical Guidance)
• Cycle: Often used in 3–5 day on/off cycles or rotated weekly.
• Binders: Some people use activated charcoal or bentonite clay to support detoxification.
• Detox support: Support liver and kidney function as advised by a healthcare professional.
• Hydration: Stay well hydrated and replenish electrolytes.
