A journey into the underworld of human trafficking, where children - from birth - are used both for prostitution and organ harvesting. Vega meets an expectant mother who intends to sell her unborn child, he tries to dissuade her, then explains the mechanisms of this appalling trade, interviewing those who practice it. A film from which we do not come out unscathed.
