So, I was watching the series "Silicon Valley" and it came to the part when the head coder of the compromising platform caller "Pied Piper" started to argue about the difference between tabs and spaces in code. He said that seeing how other coders put spaces makes him angry and those who do so are dumbs, saying that the 1 tab accounts for less space than 4 spaces showing the same result, and it is important in compromising. I remember that when I was studying coding in "PROWEB" Coders Academy my mentor, also, said so and he was also the opposer of space when we could use the tabs.
I just tried to learn deeper info on how it works so I Googled it. And guess what, I came across the article on the most popular website for coders, HABR, and there was an explanation of the argument in the series with a picture of it.
I know that all this shit is not so amazing as I could've spent my time analysing some business models, but it's interesting for me, and I had to leave it here

π As I'm interested in business and I want to enter the BA/BM major in university, I want to find out some business models, observe them and their way to success, write some articles about them and expand my knowledge wider.
π Here is the brief list which I made just to plan in what way I will write my articles and all the content you're gonna see here.
β¨Hope to make the best content about entrepreneurship ever.

This is my first article written by myself. For the first time, I just made the company background article. However, in the coming articles, I'm going to make some interesting actual topics as they might be more useful than just the introduction of the company.
For now, I started with one of the companies I get motivated the most. Soon I hope I will describe my passion for this company.

It's been a month, probably, since I posted last time, and I'm finally here and can confidently say that I'm gonna post more frequently now, compared to then. In a period of such long time(2 months btw) I've written two interesting articles on medium.com, though they were not viewed even once(poor). The topics were about Financial Literacy and The Great Silk Road. I think I'll announce them later because I wanna make some intro for them. Additionally, I also want to post something except from articles. My last 2 posts were about articles(not considering the repost of the marathon), and it, somehow, shows how irresponsible I was about my channel. However, I have some excuses. I had my IELTS TEST and I had to prepare for it intensively, and I did so.

As I said a few days ago, I had my IELTS exam in 6th July. My score was not as good as was expected. Although it was my first time, I was quite disappointed with my score. Maybe it happened so because of the real exam atmosphere or perhaps because I haven't taken any MOCK exams before. Anyway, it is a bit disappointing for me.
My IELTS SCORE:
Listening: 7.0
Reading: 6.0
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 6.5
Overall: 6.5
My EXPECTED SCORE:
Listening: 7.5
Reading: 7.0
Writing: 6
Speaking: 7.5
Overall: 7.0
However, I'm not that sad about it, and I don't even regret it. It's just an experience. I'm not gonna retake it. I don't see any sense of wandering around one point as it is just the certificate that verifies your knowledge, and both 6 and 9 show that u can comprehend and interact in ENGLISH lang.
I choose to move on to the next stage. I think the next certificate is gonna be the SAT certificate. I will try to do better in my SAT trial.
The aim is to get 1500+.

UZUM MARKET β My Unlucky Ticket to My Dreams at 14
I still remember the excitement of my first working experience with UZUM Market when I was just 14. It felt like stepping into a whole new world, where success seemed just a few clicks away. Spoiler alert: it wasnβt.
While most 14-year-olds were busy with school and hobbies, I got my first real taste of the business worldβI became a seller on UZUM Market. It wasnβt just a job; it was my first step into entrepreneurship.

The Hustle Begins
The first challenge? Convincing my dad to let me use his companyβs information to register a shop on the platform. After weeks of persuasive arguments (and maybe some strategic sulking), he finally agreed. But that was just the beginning.
I had no money, no investors, and no inventory of my own. But I saw an opportunityβmy dadβs company had unsold products sitting in storage, mostly because of weak marketing strategies. As a self-proclaimed Gen Z marketing guru (with zero real-world experience, but plenty of confidence), I knew I could sell them.
I set up social media accounts on Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to build brand recognition. Armed with just $10 for ads, I generated 50 leads in a week. Not bad, right? Out of those, 10 people actually bought the product, and suddenly, I was hooked. That feeling of making my first sales? Pure dopamine.

Scaling Up (Kinda)
After that βlegendaryβ week, I uploaded the products to UZUM Market. The first month, I made a whopping $10 profit. Not exactly millionaire status, but it was a start. The second month, I reinvested that $10 into ads and made $30. Slow progress, but progress nonetheless.
By the third month, things picked up. Sales were steady, and I made $150 in profit, selling out all the cheaper products. The expensive ones? Still gathering dust. But hey, I was learning.

The Plot Twist
Eventually, my dad saw my efforts and offered me $10,000 to invest in hot-selling products for the summer season. I spent three months researching trends, predicting bestsellers, and carefully curating a list. Spoiler alert #2: I was right. Those products wouldβve been summer blockbustersβ¦ if they had arrived on time.
Due to shipping delays with my dadβs products (since mine were piggybacking on his shipment), my stock arrived after the season ended. Ouch. To make matters worse, UZUM Market decided to raise its commission to 40%, wiping out any potential profit.
Now, those unsold products are sitting in storage at home, gathering dustβa constant reminder of my βalmostβ success.

Lessons Learned
Despite the setbacks, I donβt see it as a failure. It was an experience. I learned about marketing, supply chain issues, budgeting, and most importantly, resilience. Next time, Iβll know exactly what to doβand more importantly, what not to do.
Because thatβs the thing about dreams: sometimes your first ticket is unlucky, but the journey is still worth it.
