An accurate assessment. They do these nauseating land acknowledgments in Canada, too, and it’s clearly signalling whites aren’t the real owners of the land, but with no intention to give it back to the multitude of tribal people they’re citing at each one (and all acknowledgements have to be tailored to the local tribes).

They’re really saying none of the land belongs to anybody so it’s for everybody and moves us towards the post national nation status Trudeau successfully navigated the country towards. I remember stumbling upon this on what was then known in Canada as “Pay TV” back in the late ‘80s. I wasn’t a bit gangster movie fan, but I was intrigued by this movie. It was definitely quite gritty and downbeat, on top of the usual violence (though seemingly more brutal in many ways) and also more sexually explicit but in a completely non erotic way. It was always vulgar, dirty, and unpleasant.

I don’t recall all the details, but I do have a general recollection that this mob movie was more about Jewish mobsters than the other ones (I think Casino is about the only other one that includes Jewish gangsters, though I understand it played down the Jewish component by switching the ethnicity of a number of the thugs into Sicilian Mafia rather than Jewish mobsters.

This switch happened to a far greater degree by Hollywood through its history as they wanted most to believe it was the Italians, with maybe a light sprinkling of the Irish, who were members of violent organized crime; not the Jews).
Of course, none of the main characters in this movie are actually Jewish, but the Jewishness of those involved is clearly mentioned. An interesting anomaly in the history of cinema and one most people likely don’t know much about.

More recently, I have noticed that many Southern and Eastern European whites aren’t as supportive of the founding stock whites within the European Diaspora who founded New World nations. They may speak eloquently of their concerns for countries connected to their ethnic heritage, whether Italy, the Balkan lands, Russia, or Ukraine, etc where they often almost demand support for their heritage land and people, but they too often turn around and seem to have very little concern for what is happening to whites in our nations.
