This doom-scrolling is killing us all from the inside.

Maybe the phrase "touch grass" might be the only solution.

I wish there was a way though where we could live without being interdependent on mobile phones. Yet in today's world there unfortunately isn't.

These algorithms give you immense dopamine with every scroll, every like, comment and share.

Your brain has this survival instinct whereby achieving something dopamine is produced in him.

But nowadays dopamine is found so easily that our brain isn't craving for it but instead is in abundance of it.

This needs to stop.

Bring back real conversations, bring back old habits, habits our parents had.

This is killing us all. This life.

Fuck instagram fuck zuckerberg. He started it all.

That son of a bitch is responsible for mankind spiralling into this destructive behaviour.

But just blaming him won't help.

The effects are insane.

We need to stop..... This has been going on for too long.
