2025年12月26日（星期五）真醍法师慈悲开示「我忙完了吗 ？ 」

真醍法师是檀香寺常住法师，目前在泰国国际佛教大学服务 。

“我很忙” 似乎已经成为我们的口头禅，我们到底都在忙些什么呢？

众生忙着自己的家庭与事业，而菩萨则忙着度众生，《华严经》：「欲做佛门龙象，先做众生马牛」，这两者之间的「忙」有何差别呢？

凡夫忙着满足自己的五欲，但是，菩萨是以菩提心为出发点，以众生的利益为主，因此，这两者之间的「忙」是有差别的。

那么，我们该为何而忙碌呢？

我们又如何在忙碌中修行呢？
佛法跟我们的生活是离不开的，我们要在忙中修行，又如何做到「人忙，心不忙」呢？

接着，真醍法师开示「忙」与八正道的关系。
透过八正道的理解，学习在「忙」中修，把佛法实践于生活中。当我们忙时，更要多做内省的工作，检讨自己的身口意业及处理事务的动机。
