During a night launch of a stratostat to photograph upper clouds and the background star field
at altitudes where, according to calculations, only a starry sky is allowed above the apparatus
an additional light source was recorded above the horizon line of the photograph

The object is held steadily above the stratostat
It changes its position relative to the device along a trajectory that does not correspond to the calculated drift
The shape is not distinguishable in the frames Only a stable glow is recorded

according to ground-based monitoring of aircraft and spacecraft flights over the area during the specified period, none were recorded
initial inspection of the film and equipment revealed no signs of defects

after several minutes of observation, the object left the field of view
no further visual or instrumental confirmation was received

I request
1) to provide instructions on the procedure for further recording, storage, and analysis of materials related to this observation
2) to decide on the allocation of the Stratostat-82 launch to a separate closed case and the advisability of conducting an additional check with the involvement of relevant specialists from the Air Force Research Center
