There are 8 languages supported by Telegram:
English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Dutch, Portuguese.

This is a small run through of how to port a tdesktop-theme file to an .attheme file so it can be used on Android. In this I make use of a project called TDeskDroid by MrYadro, though eventually I may edit this to use a telegram bot or a website.
