Rest assured that a prerelease version will be always available on GitHub.
The XDA Labs version is built on the same codebase as GitHub prerelease, but only in stable channel with bugs fixed.

Our Bot API has reached version 5.0 today, adding the ability to run your own Bot API server or transfer bot ownership to another account, as well as support for all the latest Telegram features.

Some of our users have contacted us about this update, particulately about the possibility to run their own bot server. We are evaluating the related security implications and currently do not have a plan to support this. Any further details will be posted after we reach a conclusion so stay tuned.
