Getting to understand the trajectory of the push-ups, now final strenghtening of my biceps and getting to fp pus without the band🤕 (the band on the vid is wide but weak, it’s like 10kg)

I feel much more body control on my left arm when trying OAHS and for the OAP (I know I am far from it, but even the oap lean) it’s the right hand. Anyways training both in both elements.

I still don’t feel the one arm stuff although it seems to be getting better
