تعلن منظمة أمل للإغاثة والتنمية عن دعوة الى الموردين المهتمين بالتسجيل في قائمة الموردين لدى منظمة امل
تعتزم منظمة امل توسيع قائمة الموردين لديها من خلال دعوة الموردين المهتمين للمشاركة في عمليات عروض الأسعار. حيث يطلب من الموردين المهتمين تعبئة وثائق التسجيل لإثبات الخبرة والمؤهلات في تقديم السلع او الخدمات ذات الصلة
- تاريخ البداية والنهاية
تاريخ بداية التقديم: 27-05-2023
تاريخ نهاية التقديم: 15-06-2023
- يجب ان تكون الشركة مسجلة وان تقدم جميع المعلومات المطلوبة. ولايشكل التسجيل *بقائمة الموردين *شرطا للتعاقد وتحتفظ منظمة امل بالحق في تغيير او الغاء الشرط في أي وقت اثناء عملية تقديم المناقصات
- يجب على الموردين المهتمين بالمشاركة في عملية طلب تقديم العروض المخطط لها , تعبئة وتقديم نموذج استمارة المورد قبل تاريخ انتهاء التسجيل في 15-06-2023
- تتعامل منظمة امل مع ردود الموردين على انها سرية ولن تكشف المنظمة عن أي معلومة في نمازج استجابة الموردين
- سيتم تقييم نماذج استجابة الموردين من حيث المواصفات والمتطلبات والمعايير الإضافية الموضحة باستمارة التقديم
- تتحمل الشركة او مقدم الخدمة جميع التكاليف المرتبطة بتقديم الطلب ولن تكون منظمة امل مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف ذات صلة
- يجب ارفاق الهوية الشخصية ووثائق الشركة والحساب البنكي وصور المحال التجارية او المكاتب والاليات
- يجب ان تكون جميع الوثائق والثبوتيات موقعة ومختومة اصولا.

مطلوب من الموردين المهتمين:
- ملئ معلومات التسجيل الكترونيا من خلال الرابط ادناه من خلال الأسئلة الموجودة بالرابط
- تجهيز ملف الكتروني موقع ومختوم وتحميله على الرابط بكل المعلومات المطلوبة بالرابط ادناه بنفس الرابط

- ملاحظة هامة: بالنسبة للموردين الذين قاموا بالتسجيل على الرابط سابقا لا داعي لإعادة التسجيل مجددا .
Announcement * Expression of interest * to expand Amal Organization’s list of suppliers with
Amal Organization for Relief and Development announces an invitation for suppliers interested in registering in Amal's list of suppliers.
Amal Organization intends to expand its list of suppliers by inviting interested suppliers to participate in quotation processes. Where interested suppliers are required to fill out registration documents to prove experience and qualifications in providing relevant goods or services.
Start and end date.
Application start date: 27-05-2023.
Submission deadline: 15-06-2023
- The company must be registered and provide all required information. Registration * in the list of suppliers * does not constitute a condition for a contract, and Amal Organization reserves the right to change or cancel the condition at any time during the bidding process.
- Suppliers interested in participating in the planned RFQ process must complete and submit the Supplier Application Form before the registration deadline on 15-06-2023.
- Amal organization deals with the suppliers' responses as confidential, and the organization will not disclose any information in the suppliers' response forms.
- Supplier response forms will be evaluated in terms of specifications, requirements, and additional criteria described in the application form.
- The company or service provider shall bear all costs associated with submitting the application and Amal will not be responsible for any related costs.
- Personal ID, company documents, bank account, and pictures of shops, offices, and machinery must be attached.
- All documents and proofs must be duly signed and sealed.
How to register and apply.
Interested suppliers are required to:
- Fill in the registration information electronically through the link below, by answering questions listed in the link.
- Preparing a signed and sealed electronic file and uploading it to the link with all the required information in the link below with the same link.
