It's almost been 3 days since our @TecxoAdsBot was freezed by @telegram and @telegram gave us no valid explanation for their actions neither any option for appeal review...
After few hours of bot freeze a guy messaged me and told me he was the one who reported the bot because he had some issues with a user of @TecxoAdsBot so he blamed my bot for it, he later apologized as well after he realised he was wrong about Tecxo and He also mentioned that he only made 2 reports so it clearly means it happened cause of mass false reporting from haters and competitors...

Our whole team wrote multiple emails, sent multiple forms to telegram support and tried contacting @telegram volunteer yet no response from @telegram.

So I want to ask @Durov that what kind of behaviour is this towards the user of telegram?! @durov always talks about freedom of speech and he also posted in his channel that users are responsible for how they use any platform services which is publicly available for everyone not the platform or owner of the platform, he said this when he was arrested in France and when he faced many allegations by the governments,  so @Durov why @TecxoAdsBot was freezed when the users are responsible for their actions not the platform why banned the bot instead of banning the users, why no response to our appeal for review? Are those big words only valid when it's you who's the victim?! It's really disappointing how you're such a hypocrite @durov.

Tecxo is one of the only organizations that responds on every reports we get, we take instant actions aswell if the report is proved. You can see it in @tecxochat that I've banned multiple paying members from Tecxo market without caring about the fact that we'll lose a paying client.

If telegram didn't responded to us in next few days I'll delete the frozen @TecxoAdsBot and recreate a new until we move Tecxo from only available inside telegram to the global internet.
