🔩የአዲስ አበባ #ከተማ አስተዳደር ግንባታዎች ከመንገድ የሚኖራቸውን ርቀት (Setback) እና ተያያዥ የግንባታ ፈቃድ መመሪያዎችን #አስመልክቶ የተሻሻለ ያለውን ውሳኔ አስተላልፏል።

አዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ካቢኔ ህንፃዎች ከይዞታ ወሰን #የሚኖራቸው ርቀት (Set Back Regulation) በተመለከተ መጋቢት 26/2016 ዓ.ም ውሳኔ ማስተላለፋ ይታወቃል።

🌙በመመሪያው ላይ ግልፅ ያልሆኑና በአሰራር ላይ ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ የሚፈልጉ ጉዳዮችን በተመለከተ ደግሞ ካቢኔው ሰኔ 10/2016 ዓ.ም ባካሄደው ሶስተኛ ዓመት 14ኛ መደበኛ ስብሰባ ላይ #በመወያየት #ማሻሻያ ተደርጎ ወደ ስራ ተገብቶ ነበር።

🔘የተሻሻለው ውሳኔ ማስተለፍ ያስፈለገው የሴትባክ ህግ አፈፃፀም ሂደት ላይ የታዩ ችግሮችን ለመፍታት እንዲሁም በከተማዋ ውስጥ ከግንባታ ፈቃድ ጋር በተያያዘ ከአልሚዎችና ፕላን ፈፃሚ ተቋማት #በኩል #በተደጋጋሚ የሚቀርቡ በርካታ የመልካም አስተዳደር ችግሮችን ለመፍታት ያስችል ዘንድ መሆኑን ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ከመመሪያው ላይ ተመልክቷል።

ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ የተመለከተው እና በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ከንቲባ ጽ/ቤት ለከተማዋ ፕላን እና ልማት ቢሮ የተጻፈው ደብዳቤ " የአዲስ አበባ አስተዳደር ካቢኔ በ5ኛ ዓመት በ1ኛ መደበኛ ስብሰባ ላይ #ተወያይቶ #እንዲያፀድቅ የቀረበውን ራሱን ችሎ የሚለማ ቦታ ዝቅተኛው ስፋትና የፊት ለፊት ገፅታ ርዝመት ጥናት ካቢኔው ተወያይቶ ያሳለፈውን ውሳኔ ተግባራዊ እንድታደርጉ" ሲል ይገልጻል።

🔥በእዚህም መሰረት ከ 28/12/17 ዓም ጀምሮ የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ፕላን እና ልማት ቢሮ የከተማዋ #ግንባታ ፈቃድ እና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ፣ የመሬት ልማት እና አስተዳደር ቢሮ፣ የመሬት ምዝገባና መረጃ ኤጀንሲ እንዲሁም  #ለሁሉም የክፍለ ከተማ የፕላንና ልማት ጽ/ቤቶች የካቢኔውን ውሳኔ እንዲያስፈጽሙ መመሪያ አውርዷል።

የተሻሻለው ውሳኔ መሰረት #ግንባታዎች ከዋና መንገድ፣ ከንኡስ ዋና መንገድ ፣ከሰብሳቢ መንገድ እንዲሁም #ከውስጥ ለውስጥ መንገድ #ሊኖራቸው ስለሚገባ የወሰን ጠርዝ ርቀት ከተያያዘው ዶክመንት ይመልከቱ።
