Located in Yuhang District of Hangzhou, Cainiao Headquarters consists of a 5-storey office building complemented with a plenitude of communal spaces.
Inspired by space station, the planning emphasises ‘circulation’ and ‘connectivity’ to #reflect Cainiao’s corporate identity and belief. A visitor centre is designed at the entrance as an #easy #access to workers and visitors. Adjacent to the centre is the main building where the diagonal connections planned inside enhance the accessibility and minimise the walking distance from each other.
It is seamlessly linked by optimising the cores and elevations, and creates 4 distinctive internal courtyards connected by an atrium. A canopy corridor links all courtyards, offering all-weather...

Safa Two de Grisogono tower.Construction works are progressing on Dubai’s 85-storey Safa Two de Grisogono tower. Developed by #DAMAC Properties and Swiss luxury jeweller de GRISOGONO, the supertall residential #skyscraper will feature a dramatic glass #infinity #pool midway up its height — would you swim in that?! 🏗

Brightman Hall | Northlands School, Olivos, #Argentina by MZM arquitectos The Northlands School new Concert Hall is #located at the intersection of Borges and Tucuman #streets, in one of the two blocks that the school has in Olivos, Province of Buenos Aires. It has a #covered area of approximately 1700 square meters and capacity for more than 500 people. The project was the #Biennial #Architecture Award under the Private Equipment category at the Buenos Aires International Architecture Biennial 2022.
