Wins, losses, break-evens… seeing how it performs in different conditions.
Because an entry model isn’t something you judge after 5 trades.
It’s something you learn over time.
Most traders don’t need a new model.
They need more reps with the one they already have.
I’ve been through that phase myself, jumping from one setup to another, thinking the next one would be “the one.”
It wasn’t.
What actually made the difference was sticking to a few models that made sense to me and learning them deeply over time.

A decade later, he launched the Medallion Fund.
It would go on to become the most successful investment fund in history.
Not one of the best.
The best.
For over two decades, it averaged roughly 66% annual returns.
During the 2008 financial crisis, while firms were collapsing, Medallion returned over 100%.
