I don't Tweet much, and I actually use Telegram to conduct more of a discussion. I love this app. We're branching out to Substack for more substantive writing (we'll continue with Telegram, Twitter, Gab, and Parler when it's back up and running) and I want to explain our plans for those interested. Substack provides me the opportunity to discuss things that require more nuance and depth. Most content even on Substack will be free. No pressure to subscribe, just do as your heart leads you.

For perspective, the federal court system (PACER) is a rip off. If you want to see what is in a 30 page filing - a document that may be totally useless - it costs $3.00. That happens a lot. Transcripts from court reporters typically cost from $50 - $125 depending on the page length. No matter what your ability or situation, there is a lot of love from us. Ghislaine's Maxwell's argument in one sentence:

"Ms. Maxwell's indictment violates the clear and unqualified terms of the [Epstein non-prosecution agreement] and should therefore be dismissed."

On impeachment. The defenses aren’t just jurisdictional (unconstitutional) or factual (no incitement) but also moral. Refuse to be judged by a jury - the Senate - that tolerates corruption within its own ranks.

Up for discussion: fixing the student loan problem starts with the cost of higher education.

Should universities should look to themselves as trustees of future generations and thus reduce costs (the public good argument), instead of trying to extract as much money as they can from 18 year olds?

The Biden DOJ is extremely dangerous.

Gov. Cuomo's state was being investigated for nursing home deaths. Cuomo hid the data. And apparently Cuomo was rewarded by Biden's DOJ with a dropped investigation.

We get caught up in the merits of the Trump impeachment defense that we sometimes forget an important point: This is a political prosecution that should be dismissed and disregarded for political reasons.

We don't need to argue jurisdiction or facts, although we can. It's sufficient for us to appeal to political self-interest because the other side is doing the same thing.

Powerful.

Trump wins again. A political prosecution ends in acquittal.
