They will subpoena records from those who challenged the election, conservative websites, etc.

As a legal matter, the case against Ricky Vaughn - arrested for posting a 2016 meme - is weak.

BUT - it reveals the Biden DOJ/FBI plan. Ricky Vaughn won't be the first targeted. Their focus is on the criminalization of "disinformation" and control of the means of communication (social media). From those goals their actions will follow.

Speaking fees are an investment. They bought shares in Janet Yellen and that investment is starting to pay off.

The benefit of Clinesmith getting probation is that it confirms our belief that they rig the game for themselves. That the courts aren’t interested in “justice” if it means government actors go to jail. We have no duty to follow such a system.
