Supreme Court draft opinion to overturn Roe v Wade -

Politico obtained this draft opinion by Justice Alito (which will be allegedly joined by Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Coney Barrett) - which states "We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled."

No doubt a leak by the left in the Supreme Court (perhaps a clerk) - a desperate effort to influence the decision and preserve Roe.

The court order granting immunity to Fusion GPS's Laura Seago has been unsealed.

Today there was confirmation that Marc Elias, Robby Mook, and Bill Priestap (among others) would testify as government witnesses in the Michael Sussmann case.

Seeing lots of hand-wringing about this, but as we have reported, these guys have testified before a grand jury. This is no surprise. Their testimony is locked in. They’ll testify to Sussmann billing the Clinton Campaign, etc.

The concern at trial isn’t Durham’s witnesses - it’s that a Democrat activist will get on the jury. That’s the biggest risk to the administration of justice.

Fusion GPS lost its fight to keep many "privileged" documents from Special Counsel Durham.

There are 1,500 remaining documents that Fusion GPS has withheld from Durham.

This latest ruling would favor Durham's effort to get many of those remaining "privileged" documents.
