For those curious about the status of the OSHA Mandate -

The 5th Circuit has stayed (paused) the OSHA Mandate pending review. OSHA is ordered that it cannot take steps to enforce or implement the mandate.

For those in the workforce - this means the OSHA Mandate does not apply to you. I get a ton of question on this issue and it's difficult to answer everyone, but I encourage anyone with an employer requiring the vaccine to file both religious and medical exemptions ASAP.

The Ghislaine Maxwell case has concluded for the day. The jury was selected; each side gave opening statements; and the government began direct examination of its first witness (Epstein pilot Larry Visoski).

Summary:

Govt opening: Alleged a grooming/manipulation system of Epstein/Maxwell to abuse girls under the age of 18. Described victims, emphasized ages.

Maxwell opening: Alleged the victims were after money. Stated that some victims hadn't mentioned Maxwell in past interviews.

Direct examination of Epstein pilot Larry Visoski: Described Epstein residences and travel; described Maxwell/Epstein relationship as "more personal than business"

Ghislaine Maxwell trial update:

The first victim to testify states she was abused by Epstein with Maxwell present in the room.

This morning at 10:00 a.m. EST is the Supreme Court oral argument of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.

At issue is a law that bans abortion after 15 weeks. The Supreme Court decision in this case could overturn Roe v. Wade (or not).

Good news for those of you (there are millions) working for Federal Contractors:

A federal court has enjoined the Biden Administration from enforcing its federal contractor COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate.

The injunction is nationwide.

This is the latest defeat for Biden's unlawful mandates.

The FDA has approved the Pfizer booster shot for kids aged 16 - 17.

There's a huge problem, though: the FDA didn't test whether the booster was safe for this age bracket.

Zero testing despite the Pfizer vaccine causing serious heart problems in young men of these ages.
