Two new Supreme Court Opinions today:

1) Court rejects effort by States/Individuals to repeal Obamacare. They didn't rule on merits of the law; rather, the Court held that the plaintiffs didn't have standing (weren't injured by the law).

2) Court holds that the City of Philadelphia violated the 1st Amendment by trying to make a Catholic charity certify same-sex parents as foster couples.

As we await the results of the John Durham investigation, remember - we've seen John Durham and Robert Mueller cross paths before.

Something we'll be watching for -

There is an ongoing case against Saudi Arabia for its participation in 9/11. Some records (a court order) will hopefully be unsealed in the coming weeks.

This looks like confirmation of Tucker's allegations that the NSA intercepted his communications.

It would be Biden administration officials who unmasked Tucker and leaked it to the press (starting this whole chain of events).
