- Supporting ERP, Mobile, Web Applications and web sites.
- System integration management with other companies and partners.
- Design, implement, execute and debug information technology test cases and scripts.
- Incident Handling and second level support for IT Issues.
- Technical Reporting, documentation and reports generation.
- Building Reports/BI/Data Analysis solutions
- Administer, Deploy, configure, integrate and test the implemented solution based on Technical and Business requirements.
- Execution of Data base scripts/extracts as needed.
- React to High Severity issues technical situation that requires immediate attention.
- Work with multiple teams for successful resolution of issues and incidents.
- Open to flexible working conditions including after-hours scheduled application maintenance and support.
Job Requirements:
- BSc degree of computer science or computer engineering or relevant study.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good knowledge of Software development (OOP) concepts.
- Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, XML, APIs, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Database concepts.
- Awareness of Data warehousing and data processing techniques.
- Very good communication skills.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Enterprise manager experience.
- Shell scripting is highly recommended.
- Very Good in Microsoft office.
- Very Good in English.
