Job Description:
-Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior developers across backend, frontend, and AI disciplines.
-Oversee the project lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and data processing.
-Work closely with civil engineering experts to verify raw data and integrate domain-specific knowledge into the software.
-Implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the platform.
-Transition the current software projects into a scalable SaaS platform, optimizing for performance, security, and user experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
-Experience: + 7 years in software development, At least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably with experience in SaaS.
-Proven track record of managing and mentoring junior developers.
-Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
-Experience with frontend frameworks and dashboard development.
-Familiarity with AI/ML, particularly YOLO and other computer vision technologies.
-Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS architecture.
-Working days :5
