Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop)
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other languages used for data engineering and analytics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of technical professionals
- Experience in the fintech industry is preferred but not required.
