1) Scrum Master
o min. 4+ years of exp. in the #Software field & #Agile .
o Is accountable for meeting Sprint objectives along with scrum team.
o Ensure meeting of sprint commitment.
o Own and help resolve impediments of the team.
o Help PO adopt Scrum Process properly and ensure PO availability.
o Support the PO in maintaining the Product Backlog, defining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
o Facilitate estimation, backlog refinement and all planning ceremonies.
o Ensure that DOR, DOD, Acceptance criteria is available and adhered to.
o Ensure MoSCoW adherence of Sprint Backlog at the Sprint level.
o Accountable for the correct implementation of the Agile Process.
o Facilitate all the Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, retrospection) and ensure correct adoption.
