After Meta, Amazon, Twitter, and Salesforce, Google’s parent company Alphabet Inc. is reportedly gearing up to fire about 10,000 “poor performing” employees, or 6% of its workforce.

Google will use a ranking system and the lowest-ranked employees are expected to be fired from the company.

Under this new performance management system, managers have been asked to categorize 6% of employees, or roughly 10,000 people, as low performers in terms of their impact on the business.

This new system also reportedly reduces the percentage of employees who can score a high rating.

They didn't reply, I tried to contact them for a month continuously via mail and call, but there was no response, after a hell lot of trying I get to know I was Rejected (as expected) in the Hiring Managerial Round.

𝟏) Keep yourself calm.
𝟐) Try to make things clear
𝟑) Make some good projects if you do not have good company projects.
