Uzbekistan generally has a continental climate, with scorching summers and chilly winters. Summers can be intense, especially in the south, but spring and autumn are quite pleasant and enjoyable.

I tend to prefer cold weather because it’s easier to dress in layers and stay comfortable. Plus, I find winter landscapes really peaceful and calming, which helps me concentrate better.

It affects it quite a bit. For instance, on rainy or extremely hot days, I avoid going out unless necessary. But when the weather is nice, I try to take walks or spend some time outside to refresh my mind.
