There comes a size in an organization where you are no longer a human.

A size where your life is completely irrelevant,

Where your loyalties, rank and history dissolve to nothing.

Men with 20 years at a company being fired and replaced by a cheaper solution.

The only safety you will ever find in any organization is:

1) One where you are in leadership
2) One small enough to value human life

The dream of joining a corporation for stability is gone.

The big companies will stay around,

But any safety or security you have in them has completely vanished.

You are a number in those organizations,

You are not human.

You are a machine.

And the moment a better machine comes along, you will be replaced.

And better machines are coming.

You will only find shelter in teams which value your humanity.

Don’t trust the easily fooled.
