Welcome A-VAs 👋🏾

You’re early - and that’s a big deal.

This space is for virtual assistants who don’t just want “more tasks”… you want better skills, better clients, and better systems. We’ll be talking about real client workflows, tools, AI, and everything it takes to go from “basic VA” to someone founders actually rely on.

To kick things off, introduce yourself in the comments:

🏳️Country
💼 What you’re doing right now (work or study)
🎯 What you want to learn or improve in the next 3–6 months

Example:
“Hey, I’m Ada from Nigeria. I currently do general admin for 2 clients. I want to get better at using AI tools so I can charge more and work with SaaS founders."

Hey A-VAs 👋🏾

VAs who command top rates aren’t just managing inboxes anymore. They’re building systems, automating workflows, and thinking ahead of their clients.

We’ve put together a guide of 50+ tools that working VAs actually use, covering everything from AI writing, workflow automation, project management, time tracking, invoicing, communication, design, and more.

Which tools are you currently using?
Hey A-VAs 👋🏾

The barrier to video content just got a lot lower 🤫

Tool of the week: Higgsfield AI 🎬

If you haven’t come across it yet, Higgsfield.ai is an AI video generation tool that is changing what’s possible for VAs who manage content for clients.

You can create short, professional videos without a camera, a studio, or a video editor, just by using a prompt.

VAs are using it to:
→ Create social media video content for clients
→ Make product explainer clips
→ Build personal branding videos

Has anyone in the community tried it? What was your experience like? Please drop a comment 👇🏽
Let’s talk about pricing and the mindset shift we need as Agentic Virtual Assistants

Most VAs undercharge, not because they’re not good, but because they’re thinking like task-doers instead of result-driven VAs. An agentic Virtual Assistant thinks in terms of outcomes, not activities. They understand that their value is not in “how long it takes” but in “what it solves.” A generic VA focuses on completing tasks. An agentic VA focuses on creating impact.

Here’s where many get it wrong

1. Charging based on hours instead of the value they deliver

2. Not being clear on the results they actually create

3. Being scared to charge more because of losing clients

The shift is simple but powerful. Start thinking in results. If you can help a founder who is drowning in admin gain back 10 hours every week, that’s not small. That’s clarity, focus, and growth for their business. And that kind of result is worth paying for. So instead of asking “how much time will this take me?”, start asking “what is this result worth to the client?” That’s how you move from being just another VA to one clients truly value.
