90% of India’s water is being consumed in Agriculture which is monopolised by a few water intensive crops like rice, sugarcane & wheat even in drought prone States.Need to incentivise crop diversification by procuring less water consuming crops like traditional millets & pulses.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has rolled out a scheme ‘Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C)’ for the period 2018-2020.
It is a 7-Pronged Scheme to combat cyber crime in the country, in a coordinated and effective manner.
The scheme has following seven components:
National Cybercrime Threat Analytics Unit.
National Cybercrime Reporting Portal.
Platform for Joint Cybercrime Investigation Team.
National Cybercrime Forensic Laboratory Ecosystem.
National Cybercrime Training Centre.
Cybercrime Ecosystem Management Unit.
National Cyber Research and Innovation Centre.

National Digital Health Blueprint (NDHB)
IT enabled schemes in health sector like Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Reproductive Child Healthcare, NIKSHAY etc. are benefitting the patients at right time with right service delivery.
Ensure convergence across these IT systems to monitor and provide health services in a robust and efficient manner.
The vision of NDHB is to create a National Digital Health Eco-system that supports Universal Health Coverage (UHC) through provision of a wide-range of data, information and infrastructure services, duly leveraging open, interoperable, standards-based digital systems
Ensuring the security, confidentiality and privacy of health-related personal information.

Integrated Management of Public Distribution System (IM-PDS) is a new Central Sector scheme.
It is launched by Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution.
The key objectives of the scheme are,
to integrate the existing PDS systems(portals) of States/UTs with the Central System(portals).
Introduction of National Portability of ration card to lift foodgrains from any Fair Price Shop (FPS) across the country.
National level de-duplication of ration cards/beneficiary.
It will bring more transparency and efficiency in PDS as it will improve the mechanism to identify fake/duplicate ration cards.
With this government is all set to implement "One nation-One ration card" scheme throughout India by 2020.
