[Announcement] 2025 Roadmap Achievements and 2026 Roadmap Draft

Hello, Talken Community.

As we wrap up 2025, we want to look back at how much our ecosystem, DAO, and wallet infrastructure have grown this year.
This has been a meaningful year as Talken DAO led its first roadmap. Your participation and feedback have been our greatest strength.
We are excited to share our 2025 roadmap achievements and our initial draft for 2026.

1. 2025 Roadmap Achievements
This year marked the first roadmap led by Talken DAO. Here are our key achievements.

1-1. Ecosystem Expansion
• TALK Staking Launch
- Successfully launched (DAO approved)
- Operating based on a target APY of 20%, providing weekly rewards through the TALK staking feature in Talken Wallet.
• Ecosystem Growth and Partnership Program
- Successfully launched (DAO approved)
- Treasury support program for individuals and teams contributing to Talken ecosystem expansion. Projects are selected and supported through proposal submission → community discussion → DAO voting process.
- Key case: 1M TALK grant to AhnLab Blockchain Company (ABC) for TopPort platform integration and Talken Market rebranding
• Korea and Asia Market Localization
- One project completed
- Supported Korean community building for ToyMachine.fun. Talken Wallet for Embedded was integrated into the service, and user base expansion is expected.

1-2. Product Development
• Simplified Multi-chain Interaction through UI and UX Improvements
- Ongoing development
- Providing user-friendly multichain experience through simplification of chain switching process and interface improvements.
• Non-EVM Chain Support Using MPC Technology
- 2 chains completed (Bitcoin, Solana)
- Completed support for major Non-EVM chains based on MPC technology. Other major Non-EVM chains such as Tron are scheduled to be added gradually in 2026.

2. Major Plans Currently in Progress

2-1. Product Development
We are currently developing three major products, scheduled to launch within Q4 2025.
• Talken Wallet for Extension
- Chrome browser extension version of Talken Wallet, allowing easy and convenient use of various Web3 Apps in Chrome.
• Talken Kit
- All-in-one wallet connection solution for Web3 Apps. Various wallet connection features can be easily integrated into Web3 apps.
• Talken Wallet Multi-Wallet Login Support
- Integrating Talken Kit to enable login through major wallets such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and Phantom in addition to the existing MPC Wallet, expanding to an open wallet. This expands user choice and improves usability.

2-2. Partnerships and Collaborations
• Anti-Scalping NFT Ticketing System
- An event inviting entertainment industry officials is scheduled to be held in December to introduce the anti-scalping NFT ticketing system jointly developed by AhnLab Blockchain Company, Talken, and Eternal Editions (Waterbomb organizer) and demonstrated at the 2025 music festival Waterbomb.

3. 2026 Roadmap Draft
In 2026, Talken aims to strengthen its position as Web3 Wallet infrastructure and expand innovative user-centered services. Our core plans are as follows:

• Cross-Chain Stablecoin Swap
To maximize user convenience in multichain environments by supporting smooth exchange of stablecoins across various blockchain networks.
Key features:
- Stablecoin cross-chain swap (e.g., Ethereum USDT <-> Solana USDT)
- Swap between different stablecoins (e.g., USDT <-> USDC, USDT <-> DAI)
- Low fees, fast processing speed, intuitive UI/UX
Through this, we expect to resolve the complexity of asset movement in multichain environments, lower barriers to DeFi participation, and strengthen the practicality of Talken Wallet.

• Diversification and Expansion of Earn Products
To provide users with opportunities to secure stable returns by discovering and launching various Earn products offering competitive annual percentage yields (APY).
Strategy:
- Develop additional product lines based on the currently operating Talken Staking
- Link major DeFi protocol products within Talken Wallet
- Develop AI agent services that allow anyone to easily experience DeFi without complicated processes
Through this, we aim to expand staking opportunities for TALK tokens and various assets, provide substantial returns to long-term holders, and increase ecosystem participation.

• Expansion of Non-EVM Chain Support
To strengthen our position as a multichain wallet by expanding support range to major Non-EVM chains beyond currently supported Bitcoin and Solana.
Technically, we plan to proceed with gradual chain additions considering market demand and ecosystem scale through secure private key management based on MPC technology.
We are currently reviewing Tron, Aptos, etc., and will make final decisions by incorporating community feedback.

This 2026 roadmap draft is an early version prior to community input.
The Talken team aims to actively reflect your ideas and perspectives. We will gather community feedback, improve the plan, and submit the final version for DAO governance voting.
