Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome riders with warmth, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist with class-related inquiries.
• Manage class bookings, cancellations, and waitlists efficiently.
• Ensure classes begin promptly and are fully supported.
• Handle payments for class packages and retail sales with accuracy and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
• Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure seamless studio operations.

Qualifications:

• Only applicable to Singaporeans and PR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in reading and conversing in English.

Commitment:

• Flexible to work non-traditional hours, including morning shifts (8:30 AM - 11:30 AM) and late evening shifts (5:30 PM - 10:00 PM).
• Minimum of 8 hours per week, with each shift ranging from 3 to 5 hours.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.

FAQ: Migration from Zingfit to Vibefam

1. Why is the studio switching from Zingfit to Vibefam?

We’re trimming the fats, streamlining our operation costs, and passing the savings to you. Vibefam offers a smoother booking experience with a more user-friendly interface because booking a class shouldn’t feel like a workout itself.

Also, Vibefam is a local company, and working with them lets us coordinate better (aka fix things faster if anything ever goes wrong). Plus, the same app works for yoga, martial arts, pilates, and more, so if you ever feel like throwing punches or stretching it out, you’re all set.

2. When will the transition take place?

The switch happens on 2 March 2025. All your existing class credits will be transferred over, so don’t worry, your hard-earned rides aren’t going anywhere.

3. Will there be any downtime?

Just a tiny nap. From 1 March 2025 at 2200 hours to 2 March 2025 at 0000 hours, you won’t be able to book classes. After that, we’re back in action.

4. How do I set up my Vibefam account?

Easy. Download the Vibefam app and register with the exact same email you’re using now. That’s it. Your credits will magically appear in your new account (okay, not magic, just tech).

5. Will my existing class credits be transferred?

Yes. All your existing class credits will be available in Vibefam on 2 March 2025. We’re not that mean.

6. Why are there no classes or packages available in Vibefam?

Everything will be live on 2 March 2025, so hold tight.

7. I can’t book classes on 2 March. What’s going on?

That’s because classes from 2 March 2025 onwards will only be available for booking on 2 March 2025 0000hrs via Vibefam. On Zingfit, the last class you can book is on 1 March 2025. This is a one time event where you are required to book last minute.

Scheduled classes for 2 March 2025 as follow:

9.30am All Out 70s -90s with Rio

10.40am Rhythmic Ride with Carol

2.30pm Best of 2010s EDM with Shannon

So prepare your app early and reserve your spot when it goes live.

8. Will I be able to use the website for booking?

Yes, and here’s the fun part: we’re refreshing the Sync Cycle website too! You’ll be able to book classes and make purchases via both the Vibefam app and the refreshed Sync Cycle website from 2 March 2025. That said, the app experience should be better than your ex.

9. Will class prices increase with this change?

Nope. Actually, we’re dropping them instead. Rare, we know. More details will be released in due time.

10. What if I don’t register for Vibefam in time?

Your existing class credits will still be honored, but you’ll need to book through Vibefam. If you wait too long, your booking experience might be a bit delayed if there’s a tech hiccup, but don’t worry, we’ll still sort you out.

11. What should I do if I have trouble accessing my account or credits?

Drop us an email at general@syncccycle.com.sg, and we’ll get you back on track. No stress, just spin.

Booking for classes from
2 March onwards will only open on 2 March at 12:01 AM. Yes, we know it’s last-minute—thank you for your patience! This is a one-time transition.

3) Why the switch to Vibefam?

Better support, better experience, and—just as importantly—
better prices for you. Vibefam is a local company, and by optimizing our operational costs, we’re passing the savings on to you. Keep an eye out for our exciting new price list!
