💥በዚህ የምዕራፍ 1 የኮምፒውቲንግ ስልጠና እና የድርጅት ጉብኝት መርሃ-ግብር ላይ ከ2ኛ ዓመት እስከ 5ኛ ዓመት የኮምፒውቲንግ የትምህርት ክፍል ተማሪዎች በንቃት ተሳታፊ ነበሩ።
🖌የBiTec ዳይሬክተር አቶ ኃይለማርያም ሙሉጌታ (MSc) ለተማሪዎቹ የእንኳን ደህና መጣችሁ መልዕክት አስተላልፈዋል። ዳይሬክተሩ በመልዕክታቸው ተማሪዎች በተከታታይ በሚዘጋጁ አውደ ጥናቶች እና የልምድ ልውውጥ መርሃ-ግብሮች ላይ በንቃት እንዲሳተፉ አሳስበዋል። በተጨማሪም፣ ተማሪዎች በፈለጉት የሙያ ዘርፍ ላይ ሁልጊዜ ዝግጁ ሆነው በመገኘት እና ሂደቱን በመከተል ራሳቸውን ማብቃት እንደሚችሉ፤ ይህም ለሚመኙት ትልቅ ደረጃ ለመድረስ ቁልፍ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል።

1️⃣የሳይበር ሴኩሪቲ ተማሪ: "ይህ ፕሮግራም እስካሁን ሲያሳስበን የነበረውን 'ከሳይበር ሴኩሪቲ ዘርፍ ተነስተን እንዴት ድርጅት መመስረት እንችላለን?' የሚል ጥያቄ መልስ ሰጥቶናል። አብዛኛው ድርጅት መስርቶ ራስን ከመምራት ባሻገር ጋር የተገናኘ ንግግር በተመለከተ ስለ ደቨሎፐርስ ብቻ ነበር የሚነግረን፤ የአቶ ፋኑኤል ግንዛቤ ግን የገሃዱን ዓለም ተጨባጭ ሁኔታ እንድንረዳና እንድንበረታታ በሚያግዝ ሎጂክ አሳይቶናል። ለWiSE ቡድን እና ለተቋሙ ተ/ህ/ሴቶች ተወካዮች ምስጋናዬ ይድረሳችሁ።"

3️⃣ የምረቃ ክፍል ተማሪዎች: "በጣም ድንቅ ፕሮግራም ነው። ይህ መድረክ ከድርጅቱ ጋር ያለንን ትስስር ያጠነክርልናል ብለን እናስባለን። እንደ አቶ ፋኑኤል ያሉ አርአያ የሚሆኑ ባለሙያዎች መምጣታቸው፣ 'ሰራተኛ ወይስ የንግድ ባለቤት መሆን ይሻላል?' የሚለውን ምርጫችንን በግልጽ እንድንለይና ለሌሎች ሀሳባዊ ጥያቄዎቻችንም ምላሽ እንድናገኝ ረድቶናል። ቀጣዩን የmentor ስልጠና በጉጉት እንጠብቃለን።"

• The first phase of the WiSE-BiT program—an initiative organized by the Bahir Dar Institute of Technology (BiT) Women in STEAM Ethiopia (WiSE) in collaboration with the Student Union Women’s Wing—has been successfully concluded. This program was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and the professional world.
💥 Participants:
This session, featuring both training and a company visit, saw active participation from Computing students ranging from 2nd to 5th year.
🖌 The Director of BiTec, Mr. Hailemariam Mulugeta (MSc), delivered a warm welcoming address. He urged students to actively participate in the series of workshops and mentorship programs being organized. Furthermore, he emphasized that by remaining consistently prepared and following the professional process, students can empower themselves and reach the high career aspirations they set for themselves.
🖌 The CEO of Askuala Link, Mr. Fanuel Almaw, graced the event as our guest speaker. In his address, he covered several crucial points.One of the points Mr. Fanuel raised in his speech is: "Building a successful business requires a focus on networking. When forming a team, ensure a diversity of skills—including coders, marketers, and communicators. As a leader, avoid doing everything yourself; delegate tasks to those more skilled in specific areas to build a robust team. Remember: speed is a competitive advantage—turn ideas into action quickly."
🖌The founder of Women in STEAM Ethiopia Afomia Andualem highlighted that this initiative empowers youth to grow beyond campus borders, fostering collaborations with both local and international companies. She extended her gratitude to the WiSE executive team and BiT Student's Union Women's Affair representatives for their dedication to this student-led, research-based project.

1️⃣Cyber Security Students: "This program answered the lingering question of how we can start our own firm in the Cyber Security field. Most discussions usually focus solely on software developers, but Mr. Fanuel’s insights helped us understand the reality of the industry with logic that truly encouraged me. My gratitude goes to the WiSE team and the student union representatives."
2️⃣Student Feedback: "Even though there was a brief wait due to the high turnout on the day, I learned the value of patience. I gained far more knowledge and inspiration than I had originally anticipated."
3️⃣Graduating Class: "It was a fantastic session. We believe this platform strengthens our connection with industry players. Having role models like Mr. Fanuel helps us clearly navigate the choice between 'being an employee' or 'becoming a business owner' and addresses our underlying questions.
