About SwiftPad updates

SwiftPad development is ongoing. The programming language for SwiftPad will be changed to C/C++. The new version will include support for Windows, macOS, and Symbian (the first version supported only Linux).

Offical Announcement of SwiftPad Beta

Update of SwiftPad has a name "SwiftPad Beta". It will release on 15/03/2025 (Windows, MacOS, FreeBSD and Linux versions). SwiftPad Beta will release for Symbian too, but I can't say when it will happen.

About SwiftPad Beta

The name "SwiftPad" has officially been changed to "SwiftWrite" because "SwiftWrite Beta" includes functions to read and write ".docx" and ".odt" files.

SwiftWrite official release (release 1)

SwiftWrite Beta will not be released… because I think that SwiftWrite has so many functions. It will be released on 31 March! Official presentation (voiced by AI) will be released on 30 March on the official YouTube channel of SwiftWrite: https://www.youtube.com/@swiftapps_official

SwiftLibs

For SwiftWrite developing libraries for C, but I decided to release these libraries as separate libraries. Them will be released with SwiftWrite on 28/03. SwiftLibs includes mdk (Media Development Kit), rwxml (Read/Write XML), SWDK (SwiftWrite SDK) and cgui (C GUI). And as a reminder, the SwiftWrite presentation will be released on March 30, 2025, on our YouTube channel!

About "rwxml" release

“rwxml” is library for C. It will be released on 17 March and will be used in SwiftWrite. “rwxml” has functions for working with XML/XML-based markup languages (for example, HTML). It includes functions for reading and writing XML data.
