Situation on Pokrovsk front: Before the beginning of the truce, the Russian army completely seized the locality of Troitske and entered the first houses of Horikhove from this axis. On the other hand, after several days of reconnaissance operations, Russian forces eventually advanced along the Kotlyarivka-Nadiivka axis and took control of several trench systems.
Moreover, Russian troops managed to advance on Zvirove after the fighting intensified in early May, taking a third of the locality.

Druze (and other minority) university students continue to leave campuses in Homs, Aleppo and Damascus because of sectarian threats. A persecution even reaches the future intellectual fabric of the country and will bring serious social problems.
