Canvassing continues in the U.S. but all indications are that Donald Trump will win all 312 seats in addition to the presidency (already confirmed). Meanwhile, the Republican Party has obtained a majority in the Senate and has a good chance of winning in Congress. Controlling both houses and the presidency will bring major changes in US foreign policy as well as an economic improvement of the country.
Regarding Trump's anti-war narrative, one must be cautious, as the arms lobbies will continue to have great influence on decisions in the White House. However, over the next four years we are likely to see the end of two conflicts that remain at the forefront of the news.

The Russian-Ukrainian war: With Trump coming to power, a process of negotiations will be opened to end the conflict. The Republican candidate has stated on several occasions that he will “sit Putin and Zelensky at the same negotiating table”. Behind these words there is the possibility that either the supply of money to Ukraine will be cut off, or in case Russia does not give in, it will be pushed even further to force such negotiations.
But despite this we have to keep in mind the nature of this war in Ukraine and of the “Special Military Operation”. Russia's goal is to ensure its security, to protect the Russian population and to “denazify” (in reality, to eliminate all Ukrainian nationalist remnants that would threaten in the future a new war and the persecution of the Russian minority).

Therefore, and taking into account the events since 2022. The negotiation will be fruitful only if the following requirements are met.
- Military neutrality of Ukraine, which will become a buffer state between Russia and NATO.
- Ukrainian recognition of Russian sovereignty over the oblasts of Kherson, Zaporizhia, Donetsk and Luhansk (which from the Russian perspective are legally their territories) in addition to Crimea and Sevastopol.
- Protection of the Russian minority in the remaining Ukrainian territory (and possibly meddling again by Russia in part of Ukrainian politics as before 2014).
Possibly the fear that the US will increase Ukrainian support in the event of a failure to achieve negotiations will force the Russian command to intensify operations in the time it takes for the transition of the presidency, so we could see major changes on the ground between now and spring 2025. The other war is the Sukkot war. This war will probably end, but with an even worse result than the Ukrainian one: the ethnic cleansing of part (if not all) of the Gaza Strip. Israeli moves to expel Palestinians from their lands north of Gaza are being completed, a key requirement for a hypothetical construction of the Ben Gurion Canal. The most feasible solution to the Palestinian problem for Israel is the elimination of the Palestinian problem from the Gaza Strip, which will be reoccupied by new Kibbutz. However, it is possible that, as I said before, the occupation will be partial since the possibility of a Palestinian exodus to Egypt is a red line for the Arab state, taking into account what happened with Jordan and the Palestinian refugees after the Six Days War.
The arrival of Trump, a well-known Zionist, will allow Israel to achieve this long-awaited objective as well as intensify its offensive on Lebanese soil.

After the completely capture of Novodmytrivka Russian Army began advancing towards Sontsivka. The advance to this locality, located in the last node of communication to the northern shore of Kurakhovo reservoir, is being relatively easy due to the lack of presence of trenches (located further south). With the fall of Sontsivka, the western supply to Kurakhove town will be menaced.

Situation on Kursk front: During the last 24 hours Russian Army intensified the offensive to recapture more territory occupied by Ukraine in this oblast. However, the situation didn't change significantly.
- At Korenevsky district, clashes between Russian & Ukrainian Army are taking place at Dar'ino & Novoivanovka. In the last locality Ukrainian forces recaptured some positions at the eastern part.
- At Sudzhansky district Russian forces are trying to enter in the southern part of Plekhovo, where clashes with Ukrainian forces continue.
