TRANSACTION DELAYS

Please be advised that we still experience some transaction delays in outgoing transaction due a Ripple node issue; all transactions are qued and will be processed as fast as possible.

We will tomorrow deploy a permanent fix to this issue.

CHANGES TO POOL TRANSACTIONS

We have recently encountered issues with bonus transaction processing on the XRPL ledger. The problem is primarily with processing nodes handling Pool Bonuses, which account for over 90% of transaction volume. To address this, we are separating the processing of Affiliate Bonuses from Pool Bonuses into distinct XRPL processing nodes.

We are currently undergoing a brief maintenance period to implement these changes. Once completed, Affiliate Bonuses will be processed instantly, eliminating any delays.
For Pool Bonuses, we will temporarily hold these back as we deploy a more scalable solution. All Pool Bonuses will be queued and processed continuously as we enhance scalability.

Rest assured, we are handling these changes with the utmost care to ensure every transaction is processed correctly. We apologize for any inconvenience and are confident our technology team will resolve this issue quickly.
