 Parakram Divas (January 23) The government of India decided to celebrate the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose as Parakram Divas. Thus, to honour and remember his indomitable spirit and selfless service to the nation, January 23 is celebrated as Parakram Divas every year. The day seeks to inspire people of India, especially the youth, to act with fortitude in the face of adversity. It further aims to infuse a spirit of patriotic favour in youth.
