2024 Admissions Update: Changes to English Language Certificate Requirements
❗️❗️❗️ Upon numerous requests from Applicants regarding the English Language Certificates the OSCE Academy is glad to inform you that if you have IELTS or TOEFL certificate, you can upload it, and if not, then shortlisted candidates who did not submit the certificate will have to take the English language test of the OSCE Academy!

🎓 For 2024-2026 the OSCE Academy offers three MA Programmes covering
🔹 Tuition-free studies
🔹 Monthly stipend of 450 EUR
🔹 Round trip travel to/from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (economy class)
🔹 Basic medical insurance coverage (except for the citizens of Kyrgyzstan)
🔹 Funded internship opportunities in Europe for top GPA students
1️⃣ Master of Arts in Politics and Security (Central Asia) Programme 🌐
The programme is designed for young professionals who wish to broaden their education in the areas of political sciences, security studies, international relations, and conflict prevention.
2️⃣ Master of Arts in Economic Governance and Development Programme 💼
The programme is designed for young professionals with a strong work ethic who wish to broaden their education in the areas of economics, international development studies, and questions of good governance.
3️⃣ Master of Liberal Arts and Sciences with specialization in Human Rights and Sustainability Programme (MAHRS) 🌿
MAHRS is designed for young scholars and professionals aiming to study International Human Rights Law, Good Governance and Sustainability Principles, Norms and Standards with a focus on Central Asian Region.
The programme is co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the OSCE Academy in Bishkek and implemented in cooperation with the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice.
