Unfortunately, the SellHub API has been experiencing occasional checkout issues, and there isn’t a permanent fix available at the moment.

PayPal Goods & Services payments are temporarily unavailable. Friends & Family payments are still accepted, but please note that we’re currently using a different PayPal address due to an issue with our original account.

We expect this to be a temporary change and hope to have everything back to normal soon.
Unfortunately, our second PayPal account has also been locked, and the funds on both accounts are currently stuck, which is really frustrating. Because of this, we won’t be able to offer PayPal payments for the time being. For now, we’ll only be accepting crypto payments.
PayPal F&F and G&S are now enabled and working on our store again. Sorry for the recent delay in resolving tickets, I was sick and away from my PC.
I’ll be getting back to handling tickets starting today.
Unfortunately, Spotify has removed the yearly and 6-month subscription options from our regional pricing. Because of this, we won’t be offering those plans for now while we work on a new method. We’ll look into bringing them back once we’ve cleared the current support tickets.

Any incomplete upgrades for yearly subscriptions will be refunded.

Unfortunately, Spotify has started removing certain subscriptions from accounts that were purchased using regional pricing. These purchases have not been refunded or compensated in any way, and because of that, we’re unable to take responsibility or offer replacements. The product will also be discontinued entirely.

We understand this is frustrating. The only option we can recommend is reaching out to Spotify support directly and requesting a refund or further assistance from them.

A similar situation happened before with YouTube subscriptions, and at that time we replaced affected accounts ourselves, which resulted in significant financial losses. Unfortunately, we’re not in a position to absorb that kind of loss again.

Going forward, we’ll be adjusting and will only keep products that are more stable and less likely to be removed.
This issue only affects yearly and similar subscriptions. Lifetime Spotify upgrades are not impacted.
