Don't forget to use the 21/90day rule
The 21/90day rule indicates that it takes 21 days to make a habit pattern and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle difference.
Most guys freak out about the 90-day mark and see it as a means to no end. Set a goal for 21 days at the start, then after that set new goals and habits in other areas of life - this could be daily stretching, studying, reflection, reading, gym 3 x per week, or even prayers. etc.
Everything is just better on NoFap. It’s a real-life hack - you won’t see results straight away but if you believe in the process and maintain through the hard times then you will prosper.

Your urge to peek is only a deception
Normally the desire begins with a fantasy in mind, it can be a porn video/hentai you have seen, a woman you know or an object/action/scene you know about in general. Then you keep fantasying about this idea and end up peeking.
The ultimate goal of peeking is to find something that fits the coordinates of your fantasies perfectly, so you keep browsing one page after the other... maybe some porn you've seen are great, but you believe that there always exists a better one that could potentially fit your imagination perfectly, right in the next page.
However, this goal will not be obtained as your fantasy does not exist anywhere in the real world, "looking for something that does not exist" is an endless loop that will only consume your energy and your will to resist, and finally, lead to a relapse. We all know how it feels after relapsing: depression, sadness, loss of time, and regret. This is the only ending when you try to chase to catch an illusion.
Therefore, the solution is easy: knowing your urge and fantasy is an illusion (telling yourself that it isn't real), and stop following it.

100% is simple than 99%
If you don't want to peek at porn, don't even search for it.
If you don't want to search for it, don't look at revealing videos/images.
If you don't want to look at such videos/images, don't give in to sexual imagination.
If you don't want to give into sexual imagination/fantasies, keep engaged and find beneficial outlets for stress.
Every urge is beatable, but stopping urges is easier than fighting them.

5 guidelines to follow when starting NoFap
1. Delete or unfollow any triggering social media accounts or spend less on-screen time.
2. No phone 1 hr before bed and 1 hour after waking up. Use this time to expand awareness. Do yoga, stretch, meditate.
3. Repeat words of affirmation like I won't edge, I won't masturbate and I won't watch porn (it will help in rewiring thoughts)
4. Exercise/go to the gym at least three times a week or do pushups until your body trembles.
5. Keep in mind that you were born as an Alpha male but our sick and perverted world made you a betabux. So it's time to recreate yourself.

If you can't afford to buy books or to pay for shitty films with your hard-earned money I recommend pirating them, pirate everything including the air.

Keep in mind that, If quitting porn was easy everyone would do it.
Before you feel regretful for relapsing just remember.
Researches have shown over 90% of men reported having consumed pornography in the past month. With 35% of ALL internet downloads associated with pornography. In our messed up, and over-sexualized over-stimulated society you are the minority. You are the ones trying to quit. You're quitting something the whole damn world is addicted to.
Relapsed? Just aim higher next time.
Never give up trying because the alternative is worse.
