Most of us learn from trial and erorr. So we're building out a whole calendar of workshops to close these gaps and improve on what we know, one skill at a time.
Our upcoming workshop, The Art of Apology & Repair, covers what different people need from an apology, how to repair after conflict, and how to rebuild trust — through real scenarios, group discussion, and hands-on practice.
