1- Keep im mind that the first purpose for an investor is to invest! His belief in your idea is secondary, so always remember that he wants his money back. This is very important to set the form of the startup to protect your self from falling in debt hole if a startup fails
2- Always keep an ESCAPE PLANE / STRATEGY when you are making your steps. You must always know how to step out legally of any case that leads your startup to failure.
An escape strategy is also important for those planning to establish a company to sell it as soon as it starts to make revenues.
