F-15 MANX is a fascinating conceptual variant: a tailless version of the F-15 ACTIVE, the experimental research aircraft developed by NASA and the USAF.
Although the idea was intriguing, no actual prototype was ever built. Conceived around 1995–1996, the design aimed to enhance aerodynamics and stealth characteristics, featuring canted rudders akin to the YF-23.
