Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Base Salary
• ETB 15,000 – 20,000 net per month (But Negotiable)

G2G IT Solutions S.C is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). The role involves building both frontend and backend components, collaborating with designers and developers, and supporting reliable deployment and performance of applications.

Details
• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Build responsive user interfaces and frontend components using React
• Design and manage backend services, APIs, and databases
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement Figma-based designs
• Improve application performance, scalability, and security
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support Docker-based container deployments
• Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication systems, and state management
• Familiarity with Git, Agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
• Ability to solve technical problems and communicate clearly with team members
• Demonstrated past projects or portfolio showing MERN applications
