1. Add the new token to your wallet
2. Go to the migration page ICI
3. Click on the "migration page" button
4. Click on the "Claim your SOO token" button
5. You just have to check that your new SOO tokens are in your wallet and that you have exactly the same number of tokens as you transferred on the migration contract.
