If they are guilty, other culprits were freed during prisoners swaps. Here are for example captain Sviatoslav #Palamar (second from left) and lieutenant colonel Denys #Prokopenko (fourth), on September 21, 2022, when they arrived in #Turkey 🇹🇷, where according to the agreement, they are under house arrest until a ceasefire.
