▫️Thailand: Children rescued from alleged exploitation in porn videos
Five children from a single family in Phetchabun province have been placed in protective care following reports of their being used in the production of pornographic videos sold through a Line chat group.
The case centres on a 34-year-old mother who has nine children. The Pen Nueng Foundation intervened after receiving complaints from the public. The five children, all under the age of 18, were removed from the household and taken to a hospital for physical examinations.
It is alleged the eldest sister acted as a recruiter, inviting people to purchase the explicit videos. The father has denied the accusations, saying the video clips were digitally manipulated. The mother, meanwhile, said her daughter had been framed by people using old footage to create a false narrative.

▫️Curacao Restaurant owners sued over human trafficking
WILLEMSTAD - The Public Prosecutor's Office has formally charged two suspects, 47-year-old woman M.M. and 58-year-old man L.L., with human trafficking. They are the owners of catering establishment Amorcito òr Maribel in Muizenberg. According to the prosecution, between September 2024 and February 4, 2025, they allegedly brought five Colombian women to Curaçao with misleading promises and then exploited them. The case was before the first instance court yesterday. The defendants face a total of seven criminal offenses. Among other things, they are alleged to have been guilty of forcibly causing them to perform sexual acts for payment.

▫️Police find infant, four US minors' remnants in Lev Tahor raid
"The safety of US citizens is our top priority," the US Embassy in Guatemala tweeted, thanking the local government for its assistance.
The remains of a one-year-old baby were found Thursday during a Guatemalan raid on the Jewish cult Lev Tahor in southeastern Guatemala, KAN reported.
Authorities also rescued four minor US citizens from the camp and arrested a Nicaraguan citizen.

Corrupt Somali officials and Mogadishu-based travel agencies are exploiting international labor forums to traffic individuals into Europe, using falsified government roles and diplomatic passports. The latest scheme involves a network operating within Somalia’s Ministry of Labour, targeting Switzerland as a prime entry point by abusing the country’s visa system for UN events.
According to documents obtained by Horn Observer, a list of 22 individuals was submitted to the Swiss Embassy in Nairobi, claiming they were government advisers and delegates attending the 113th Session of the International Labour Conference (ILC) in Geneva from 2–13 June 2025. However, nearly half of the names were recruited by travel agencies in exchange for bribes ranging between $4,500 and $5,000 per person, this reporter has found.
