💢 Today coincidentally Russia suddenly discovered that #Ukraine is receiving weapons shipments in #Odessa ports, in ships that are supposed to be for grain and civilian use only.

This is a major violation of the deal #Russia made a deal with Ukraine for grain exports

A new posture on the question of Odessa may need to be assessed.

Recall that Russia's deal on grain export from Odessa meant that Ukraine had to forego the use of the port of Odessa for any military purpose.
